Rating 4.5 I dropped by for a late breakfast. The coffee was excellent and a huge cup! I chose an egg dish [the name of it has slipped my mind]. The egg was sitting on a homemade waffle and covered with delicious hollandaise sauce. It included homemade pan-fried potatoes with onions. I would have preferred the potatoes to have been cut up smaller and the onion diced. I would have also liked them crispier. Overall it was a good meal and I will return. The bakery products available look delicious, too. Lots of parking.

The food was fresh, delicious and well priced. Service is friendly and accommodating. The back patio allows dogs which is great. They have a variety of yummy looking baked goods available - looking forward to trying the bacon monkey bread.

Update: I was on the look for a last minute homemade cake. I called The Perky Loaf first (one of my favorites), and Michelle was incredibly generous and offered to bake a cake for me that day. She made a triple layer chocolate cake and it was a huge hit with the guests. Moist, and delicious . Highly recommend her for cake making, along with all of her other great culinary talent! This sweet gem is such a cute place with amazing food! Whether you want to buy an ice cream or a homemade loaf of bread, breakfast, lunch, or supper, this place has something for everyone. We didn't wait too long for food. It was a bit chilly, but we sat by the air conditioner, and our server was friendly and checked in with us just the right amount. There are lots of parking and picnic tables outside. I loved my food choice of smashed potatoes and a grilled cheese that included bacon and jalapeño. It was filling and satisfying. I loved the cheese on both the inside and outside. Visit on February 15, 2026 The breakfasts are so yummy and unique as well as affordable and filling (less than $20 per entry). I love the pan-fried potatoes and onions! My favorite breakfast choices are the Goldmine Egg, a crispy puffed pastry topped with cheese, a poached egg, and hollandaise sauce. I added a side order of bacon, but I only ate half my meal and saved the rest for dinner. The Sweet and Savory Stuffed Pancakes are another favorite of mine for $12.50. Sliced ham and eggs sandwiched in a fluffy pancake topped with Warren's maple syrup and whipped butter. Add a side of Hollandaise sauce for bonus flavor! I really love the sour dough option for toast, and I can never leave without taking home some baked treats they have for sale. Very friendly staff and they are very involved in community charity efforts. Recently, I made the top 10% of Restaurants Reviewers on Google with over 2 million views of my reviews. I'll put the link in the comments if you would like to follow me. I'm always game to try something new!

Stopped by for supper tonight. The service was great. Food was excellent. I highly recommend you stop by and check it out. I had the pork schnitzel and it was amazing. Chef even took the time to come out and see how everything was. Thank you. We will definitely be back.
